Centurion boats began as a high-performance boat manufacturer by drag boat
champion Rick Lee. The first factory appeared on the towboat radar in 1979 in
Merced, CA. It was here that Centurion began its long tradition of innovation
and attention to detail. Today, with over 100 dealers in the United States and
Canada, its expansion has allowed them to deliver a quality ski and wakeboard
boat through a quality shopping experience.
In nearly 30 years, the Fineline Industries West factory manufacturer of
Centurion has grown to include a 105,000 square-foot facility, complete with CNC
machines and on-site lake testing. Centurion Boats is the official towboat of
BoardStock, including the World Wake Surfing Championships and the only US stop
in the World Series of Wakeboarding. Building a Centurion boat utilizes the most
advanced technology to produce World Championship watercrafts. The technology
involves top-performing, hydrodynamic engines, GPS technology as well as various
innovations.
