This is a good video to teach you anything that you want to know about riding. They give you the option to choose who you want as you riding coach, basically your comentator. This video seemed really slow at first but, I figured out it was because they were talking about topics that I already knew about and I was not really intrested. When something is being covered that you are intrested in they cover it in great detail.
