2008 Epic 23V

Epic Wake boats wakeboard

The Epic 23V was developed from the ground up. Dubbed, “The World’s First Wake Boat,” the 23V was designed to meet the demands of wakeboarders, wakeskaters and wakesurfers alike.

The 23V is built one way and one way only; fully loaded. Simply put, it’s packed with everything to achieve what all riders long for, and that’s big wakes. A big block 8.1L V-8 and the Resin Infused Construction allow us to equip the 23V with 3 ballast tanks that equal 4,000lbs; 2 – 1400lb rear tanks and 1 – 1200lb tank in the bow. As if that wasn’t enough to make a gigantic wake, the Drop Zone Wake Enhancing Technology pulls the boat deeper in the water as it goes, making the wake even bigger. Once the speed is set with Perfect Pass Wakeboard Pro, the wake can be tweaked to your liking by adjusting the Wake Shape Plate. With a Sampson fully collapsible tower with swivel board racks and Dual-Rudder Vector Steer System, you’ve got yourself a perfect pull!

Epic did not hold back in creating the biggest wake and took the same approach in the audio section of the 23V. The standard stereo equipment for the 23V consists of Kicker amplifiers, subwoofers and component speakers, fed by an audiophile-grade Sony head unit with iPod ready connections. Although labeled “marine grade,” Kicker and Sony have developed a line of products that can withstand the harshest of environments as well as crank out the tunes with impressive sound clarity and volume.

The revolutionary Transom Audio System has been redesigned. It now boasts 2 – 8” Kicker L5 subwoofers, 4 midrange and 4 tweeters (2 pairs of component speakers), powered by Kicker with 700 watts of raw power. The rider not only hears crystal clear highs, but feels the bass as well like never before!

For the interior, a second 700 watt Kicker amp is dedicated to pushing 3 pairs of Kicker component speakers and a thumpin’ Kicker L5 12” subwoofer. The system is capped off with an audiophile-grade Sony head unit with iPod ready connections.

So, if you’re looking for the boat that’s ready to go right out of the box, you need not look further. There’s only one…the Epic 23V!
